How do I get a library item sent to another Fletcher facility?

Items in the library catalog with holds enabled can be delivered to any of Fletcher's facilities without a library. Library patrons should choose the "Reserve this Item" option in the catalog record, log in to their account using their L Number and birth date, and select the facility where they would like to pick up the item. When the item is ready to be picked up, the patron will receive an email. If the patron is having trouble with a pin number, they should call the library for further assistance.
